Neeraj an alumnus of Baruch College, City University of New York, and SNHU, Manchester, New Hampshire brings 24+ years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience to AccelTree. He is a pragmatic turn-around strategist with experience in leading teams and driving growth. His experience of over two decades spans across consulting, entrepreneurship, C-suite positions in the SaaS, Ed-Tech, BPO, Call-Centre, ITES, Media, and Digital space. Neeraj has a record of achieving success by creating innovative strategies, improving operational efficiency, and increasing revenue.

Prior to joining AccelTree, he headed Mergers & Acquisitions and project implementation at multiple multinational companies and negotiated joint ventures to set up operations in India and Brazil.

He has spearheaded turnarounds by reorganizing business structures and functions, and engineered companies to be more competitive in the global marketplace while ensuring effective change management which yielded exceptional results.
