As we step into 2026, it is a moment to pause and reflect on how far the BFSI technology landscape has evolved and how AccelTree has grown alongside it. This last year was not just about expansion or visibility. It was about building meaningful platforms, proving innovation in real environments, and earning trust across markets.

Across insurance and banking, institutions are navigating rising customer expectations, increasing regulatory complexity, and accelerating digital transformation. In this environment, AccelTree focused on one clear objective in 2025: to deliver practical, scalable technology that strengthens distribution, improves productivity, and enables smarter decision making across the value chain.

Product Innovation That Redefined Distribution and Engagement

2025 was a landmark year for AccelTree’s product journey. Multiple launches throughout the year reflected our belief that transformation must be unified, intelligent, and deeply grounded in real operational needs.

A defining milestone was the launch of AccelTrilogy at ITC Asia 2025 in Singapore. AccelTrilogy brings together electronic point of sale, lead management, and agency management on a single unified platform. In 2025, it was further elevated with Agentic AI capabilities that support underwriting assistance, agent coaching, workflow automation, and informed decision making for field teams. This was not innovation in isolation. It was innovation embedded directly into day to day workflows.

The launch of Accel360 marked a significant step forward in agency management. Designed as a next generation Agency Management System, Accel360 helps insurers improve agent productivity, ensure compliance, and gain real time visibility into performance across distributed networks. It addressed a long standing challenge in the industry by moving beyond administration toward enablement.

The year also saw the launch of AccelCRM, a modern customer relationship management platform built specifically for insurers and banks. AccelCRM helps organizations unify sales, service, and engagement journeys while giving teams a complete and contextual view of every customer relationship.

In parallel, 2025 marked AccelTree’s entry into Agentic AI based solutions. This expansion enabled autonomous and context aware workflows, offline AI assistants, and deeper decision support for branch and field teams. These capabilities were not conceptual. They were demonstrated live on the Prudential Technology Showcase stage in Hong Kong, where AccelTrilogy powered by Agentic AI was showcased as a real world, scalable solution for the insurance industry.

Expanding Our Footprint Across Asia and the Middle East

Growth in 2025 was not limited to products alone. AccelTree expanded its regional presence across the Middle East, South Asia, and Southeast Asia, welcoming several leading insurers and financial institutions into its customer community.

These partnerships spanned a wide range of initiatives including digital onboarding, intelligent OCR, conversational chatbots for insurance and banking, agency management deployments, and enterprise scale implementations of AccelTrilogy. Each engagement reinforced a shared commitment to transformation that is both ambitious and achievable.

This regional expansion reflects the trust organizations place in AccelTree’s platforms and our ability to deliver consistent outcomes at scale, across diverse regulatory and operational environments.

Stepping Onto the Global Stage

2025 was also the year AccelTree strengthened its global presence and voice within the Insurtech and BFSI ecosystem. From Dubai and Doha to Singapore and Hong Kong, AccelTree participated in some of the most influential industry forums worldwide.

Throughout the year, AccelTree was present at InsureTek Golden Shield Excellence Awards in Dubai, MENA InsurTech Summit in Doha, ITC Asia in Singapore, Digital Insurance APAC and Insurtech Insight in Hong Kong, Insurtech Insight in Jakarta, Insurance Innovation Rendezvous in Bali, and the Insurance Innovation Conference in Vietnam.

Across these platforms, AccelTree shared perspectives on Agentic AI, GenAI driven customer engagement, conversational chatbots, and unified transformation platforms. More importantly, these forums allowed us to listen, learn, and collaborate with industry leaders who are shaping the future of insurance and banking.

Looking Ahead to 2026

As 2026 begins, the industry stands at an inflection point. Fragmented systems, disconnected journeys, and manual processes are no longer sustainable. The next phase of BFSI transformation will be defined by unification, intelligence, and human centric design.

For our clients and partners, 2026 will be about building connected ecosystems that allow teams to work faster, serve better, and make decisions with confidence. For our employees, it will be about continuing to innovate with purpose, staying close to real world problems, and pushing boundaries responsibly. For the industry at large, it will be about moving from experimentation to execution.

AccelTree enters 2026 with clarity and conviction. We will continue to invest in platforms that bring systems together, embed intelligence into workflows, and enable transformation that is measurable and meaningful.

2025 was a year of strong foundations and bold steps forward. 2026 will be about scale, depth, and lasting impact.

Thank you to our clients, partners, and teams for being part of this journey. We look forward to building the next chapter together.
